We will be closed on Monday in observance of the holiday. Yes, we promote training regularly but we also promote socialization and family and “breaks”…so this is a break. Enjoy your family. Indulge in some food you may not usually eat (that much of!). Lounge in your PJ’s and watch a holiday movie or a parade. You may be surprised how that kind of reset can improve your health in ways we’ll probably never know.

Now, that’s not a license to live on sugar and carbohydrates for a whole week and blow off your training the rest of the week…so we’ll see you on Wednesday – solid strength day so don’t worry if you ate too much…we’ll east back into it.
