Our Monday four-rounder is a three-rounder today – where you’ll see KB Goblet Squats, Bear Crawl, supermans and a loaded ground-to-overhead.
We’ll spend 25 ish minutes there, and then 15 to 20 minutes in the end working more on cleans – the pull, the power clean and the squat clean. We love a loaded ending to Mondays!
