Weak. Things. Break. <- our Wednesday Motto
Today our squat is week 4 of a Front Squat Cycle -progressing toward literacy in the bottom of the squat – nail it. Torso erect and still working on the front rack.
Our Press is the Jerk or Push Press in the Hang Clean and Jerk or Push Press. Higher repetitions…lots of core strength here.
Finally, our DL is higher rep on the barbell – traditional hinge deadlift. Let’s get a little looser in our ability to use the women’s or the men’s bars – ladies you may have to opt up. The technique bars have a weight limit so it’s time to break free from those.
Solid strength day. We’ll have time for a little core work in the end to seal the deal.
