Happy second week of the CF Open!  Rinse and repeat this week – please join us Saturday for the Open Judging and cheer on your fellow athletes!

Our Monday four-rounder starts with a single round of the Bear Complex – a barbell complex. Opportunities to help solidify your memory of the movements as well as a test of load.  We’ll see advanced planks and some heavy dumbbell squats.

We’ll spend a good chunk of time in a team AMRAP of pushes, pulls, and squats – though it sounds like Cindy, it’s NOT!
