Our squat today is the one you like best: a combination of front and back squats in one set.  We’ll work on jump rope technique in between.

Our press today is a Z-Press – seated with a DB – with some hanging and core work in between.

Finally, our hinge is a traditional BB DL with walking lunges as a superset.

We’ll cash out with situps – our time limit is getting longer!
