Today our 4 rounds have more of the basics. You’ll see a quick cardio sprint, KB DL, step ups and simple but heavier push press.

Next, in teams of two you’ll work for 9 minutes on more zone two cardio with a twist – a bear crawl. It’s important for us to continue to make getting down and up easier, and spending time in the bear crawl position, while hard, is great practice for so many things.

This is the last week before the Christmas holiday indulgence, so work hard!
