Our strength day will include back squats, a combination of press and push press and a traditional hinge deadlift. All our lifts with be paired with a bodyweight movement because we are focused on that through the end of the year.

Finally, we’ll cash out with some more hip work – walking lunges or progressions and kettlebell swings.
