Progress is objectively measured in load when the movement variables remain unchanged

Thanksgiving is TOMORROW! The gym will be closed in observance of the Turkey Holiday.

Todays’ strength is epic!

We’ll start with some barbell Front Squats and augment each set with some practice rebounding.

Next, we’ll see a combination of Pressing and Push Pressing.

And finally, our hinge is place IN a metcon – of DL’s and Push Ups…the load on the DL will depend on your ability and your balance of skill in both the DL and the push up. If your DL’s are stellar but your push ups are meh…we’ll lower the load on the DL to allow you to push harder and spend more time bringing the simple gymnastics movement into balance. And vice versa if your push ups rock and DL is meh.
