Friday’s are for getting our heart rates up, and we know, THIS HEAT! Govern yourselves accordingly – there is no judgment if you need to take a break and cool off. DO IT! Being here, working, and pushing is great, but not at the expense of your health. We’re promoting health here, not causing heat stroke!
Friday’s training commences with a barbell push press for our strength set.
Then, in teams of two, we’ll work relay-style through a longer AMRAP of hang power cleans and situps. Be excited! It’ll be a challenge – and fun!
Finally, we’ll do a partner drill for mobility.
