It’s Andy A’s Birthday this Sunday….Happy Birthday early, Andy!
Today we honor a CrossFit Hero. While not an official WOD from the main site, Tellier has been performed in many CrossFit gyms over the years. Not only is it a good WOD, well, designed, we do this workout in Zachary’s honor today. When you need to rest, push a little harder.
Before we tackle the Hero, we’ll hit some barbell work that will help us work on skills for the Open.
In Teams of 3 (it’s 650 reps!) we’ll tackle the Hero Tellier. 30 minute cap.
And finally, after we pick ourselves up off the floor, we’ll hit some balance and call it a week. Well done, athletes!
