Another Monday is upon us, and another four-rounder – basic but perfect.
You’ll do pushups – let’s work on harder progression today – it’s only 6 per round, not unbroken, and it’s time…to do hardER things!
You’ll see some super sexy KB goblet squats, and a double DB long sit press – both excellent movements.
Finally, we’ll do some lunging – again let’s find a difficult progression.
Next, teams of 2 in a very long alternating planking session.
Then we’ll cash out with a slightly high-intensity Tabata drill.
