First up: good luck to Coach Shrek… (real name “Don”). He’ll be attending the CrossFit Level 1 Course this weekend! We’re so excited and proud!

Training for today…guess what: BACK SQUAT 3×5….we’re starting to get good at this!  Remember, mechanics (get good at the movement), consistency (prove it over and over again, and then intensity (increase the load).

We’re running a team Tabata today of Burpees…what could be more fun?! 😬😬😬

Some DB work on DLs, PCs FS, and PPs – good Open training as well here!

We’ll finish off with some good old-fashioned accessory work of banded retractions, bicep curls, and bent-over rows.
