Today we start with our typical “4 round Monday” including some high rep high knee marches, DB squats cleans, planks and core-based med ball throws against the wall.

Part two includes an alternating  EMOM of push/pull.

In part three we will work on some deadlifting strength in “by 5’s” alternating with some hip/hammie mobility.

We culminate with a balance drill.
